Yogi Dana Donation Yoga

  I'm thrilled to offer these donation classes for those who find the cost of a studio practice out of reach.

   I  suggest a $12.00 donation but please, pay whatever you can.

Consistency in your practice is most important for the mind, body and spirit.

 Studio A Dance is at 2306 Hyperion Blvd. Silverlake

 Sunday at 10:00 AM

Tuesday at 8:00 PM

 Thursday at 8:00 PM

These mixed levels Hatha flow classes focus on building strength, balance through alignment and body awareness. Based in Ashtanga and infused with energetic theories of the Meridian system, the chakra system, yogic alignment and shamanic energy work.

Be prepared to build heat with flow movements, strengthen your energy and develop the ability to ground energy with breath work and Shivasana!

Inspiring music by Trentemoller, Death Cab for Cutie, Sia, Robin Danar, Moby and more.
